Since 1986, a
city west of
Hollywood and northeast of
Beverly Hills. Unlike
Hollywood and
North Hollywood, which are really parts of
Los Angeles,
West Hollywood is an
incorporated city.
Stereotypes would have it that half the population is made of homosexuals and the other half of Russian immigrants. This is not too far from the truth.
As a West Hollywood property owner, I can attest that rent control there is very restrictive.
