This is a variation on the popular grilled cheese sandwich.

Using a common toaster, lightly brown two pieces of your favorite cheap, sliced bread. When they pop, place the two slices brownest-side-up on a paper towel inside your microwave oven (note: do not try this with a toaster oven it's a fire hazard). Put a slice of cheese on each piece of toast. Slam the door and nuke on HIGH for 30 seconds. Be careful, as the two halves of your sandwhich will be quite hot when the nuking is done. Next, simply place the two cheesey sides together. If you like, cut along the diagonal and enjoy.

Use this recipe with a variety of cheeses until you find your match. Typically this will go fine with American Singles (or other processed cheeses) or freshly planed Swiss.
