Water that contains mostly (or
entirely) water. Not many other
chemicals or
substances are in it. Especially means that
poisons and
bacteria are removed and that you can
drink it without getting
sick.
The water company is supposed to provide this in industrialized areas. In poor countries there is often a lack of this, which helps cause plagues.
