It supposedly occurs when one gains sexual arousal or gratification through the use of fire during foreplay or intercourse.
Examples of this are rare, the most noteworthy being the new Guinness ad campaign currently running in the UK and Ireland where two fire breathers seem to be performing some kind of ritual foreplay using fire as a medium of seduction/arousal.
