Secret Project. It may be built at a cost of 360 minerals, on discovery of
Mind/Machine Interface (C6). It provides a
Bioenhancement Center at each of your bases: +2 Morale for non-native units subsequently built, or +1 Lifecycle for
native units. Since Bioenhancement Centers cost 90 minerals, the Cyborg Factory is a bargain at the price of only 4 Bioenhancement Centers.
