He also wrote excellent fiction for adults (not adult fiction) - a good volume of collected stories is Kiss Kiss. And, he wrote the screenplay of 'You Only Live Twice', the James Bond film, and 'Tales of the Unexpected', which was made into a television series. His granddaughter, Sophie Dahl, is a model.
