Ultra-ergonomic "keyboard" of sorts, intended to alleviate carpal tunnel syndrome. They're quite pricey but worth it. It cleared up my wrist problems pretty quickly, though now they're somewhat coming back since I've gotten too familiar with it. Basically, it uses magnetic microswitches in five-switch wells around each digit, with several modes that it can be switched between for letters, symbols, mouse, etc., thus removing much finger travel.
