An unbearable level of
heat in the
summertime that is only escapable in buildings with strong
air-conditioners. Many people die in
temperatures that can soar well above 30 degrees
Celsius.
Escape is difficult, but is helped by taking
cold showers, sitting under a
garden hose,
swimming in the ocean, crawling into a
deep freezer (not recommended), cranking open
fire hydrants, or lying on your bed feeling a fan move air around your body.
Sleeping during a heatwave is difficult, your life energy dissipates, and your brain retreats into listlessness.
