Angus Deayton and Geoffrey Perkins. It was a translation of their
Radio 4 comedy series
Radio Active to TV. Catch phrase "You're never alone with
K-Y Telly". The title comes from Angus Deayton's character of the owner Sir Kenneth Yellowhammer (he originally wanted to call it
SKY TV but it was pointed out that there was already a channel called that).
It included all the main characters from Radio Active. Though it did suffer from the fact that you could actually see what was happening (I can’t remember who it was said he preferred radio because the picture were better).
