errr... well.
woke up at 6am this morning.
had a
coffee,
cleaned the walls of my
aparto,
retried installing win98 on my friends laptop.
....more difficult than it sounds,
it currently has a japanese version on it,
so i must go into
dos, remove
windows (but not the drivers)
it seems the japanese character set confuses the english win98.
so i must find and delete all the japanese on it manually.
would like to just
format it but you see,
it doesnt have an A: drive
failed again.
im really not too good with hardware,
but i know my way around most application software.
so my friends assume i know something about OS's,
too polite to decline the request at attempting it.
in general,
did very little,
but hey!
its sunday.
