Nguma-Monene means "Large python or boa." Nguma-Monene is noted to have similar external features to those of Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu, and lives in the roughly same region as Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu and Mokele-Mbembe. Nguma-Monene is said to live in the Dongou-Mataba River, a tributary of the Ubangi River.
