4319 Jackierobinson (1981 ER14) is a main-belt asteroid discovered by American astronomer Schelte J. "Bobby" Bus at Siding Spring Observatory in New South Wales, Australia. It was found in the course of the U.K. Schmidt-Caltech Asteroid Survey and named in honor of Jackie Robinson, the first African-American Major League Baseball player of the modern era. Bus is the discoverer of over a thousand asteroids, including 5020 Asimov and 4923 Clarke.
