DragonBall EZ (thing)

The DragonBall EZ is the second generation in the Motorola DragonBall series of microprocessors. They're commonly used the Palm Pilot devices. The DragonBall EZ comes in a smaller package and is less expensive than its predecessor, the MC68328. Major features include:

• LCD Controller to support LCD panels up to 640 x 512
  
• PLL Clock Syn. supports low power consumption mode
  
• Infra-red IrDA support
  
• UART interface for PC connection
  
• Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) connects A/D converter for touch panel interface
  
• Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) supports audio effects
  
• Real Time Clock (RTC) supports time related features
  Timer supports various applications software
  
• Available in 16MHz and 20MHz speeds
