A
Great Patriotic War medal, established October 17, 1938. It was awarded to soldiers who displayed
courage,
bravery, and
valor. A medal earned with one's blood and sweat for sure.
Consists of a grey and blue ribbon, hanging from this is a silver disk with the words "For Bravery" and "CCCP" in red enamel. Shows a tank, above which some members of the Soviet Air Force are flying.
