Called 'levitation', often used as advertising or propoganda by the Natural Law Party and its affiliates to show the power of the mind. A picture is snapped while they are 'flying', in the air. Sure, they land a half-second later, but the picture is published with the tag 'levitation is achieved' or some such nonsense, so people who want to believe, well, start to believe.
