Used in Brewing. This is commercially available food for yeast. Different companies have different formulas for it, but in general anything called yeast nutrient will work. It helps must or wort that doesn't contain enough fermentable food for yeast to properly ferment through.

Also, helpful for re-starting a stuck ferment, which is when something fermenting stops fermenting before it should and is not too tastey yet.

Make sure you read the directions about how much yeast nutrient you are to add to your must or wort, if there are no directions, go for 1 teaspon per gallon of goodie.
