Aureole, a trendy restaurant at the Mandalay Bay casino in Las Vegas, built a transparent four-story vertical wine cellar in the middle of the dining room to delight their guests. To retrieve a specific bottle of wine from the thousands stored in the glass tower, the restaurant alerts a wine angel, an athletic young lady in a skintight black catsuit, who uses a webpad computer and wire cables straight out of Mission Impossible to locate the wine and raise or lower herself to reach the bottle. Since the restaurant can seat 350 people at a time and sell US$50,000 worth of wine in just one evening, diners can usually enjoy the busy flutterings of the wine angel throughout their entire meal.
