A contest in which women (I never heard of a form of this for men) compete to see who has the most sexually arousing breasts when viewed through a wet tee-shirt. The women generally walk on to a stage in dry shirts and are then doused on the chest (or over the entire body) with water so the breasts show through.
These contests have been around since the 1950s.
