A Glasgow term meaning to be acting wide in order to hide the fact that you are in fact wide by pretending to be just pretending.

Can also just mean being super-nice but slightly dangerous and thus a level above double wide but much the same thing.

Logic breaks down here quite easily. But it makes sense if you are a weegie.
