Take a slice of white bread, remove the crust, and slice upon the diagonals to form four triangles. These triangles are your pre-toast points. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 degree (Farenheit) oven for 4 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 2 minutes. Remove from oven: toast point!

Serve with caviar and creme fraiche.
