The condition of having more than the normal two nipples. Usually benign. Sometimes familial. Supernumerary nipples most often arise on "milk lines" that extends from mid clavicle to hips on both sides of the chest and abdomen.
According to the book Good Omens, counting nipples was a valid way of testing whether someone was a witch or not.
