SprayDate is a
non-geek online matching service. You enter personal information and prefrences, and the server will hook you up with some
lame non-interesting person.
This has become quite popular here in Norway lately. A friend of mine met a GF there, and my ex met her new boyfriend there.
To plan a "date" you send a message to your victim and wait for him / mer to confirm it. When the time is due, you go to the date, which is a chat room. There you have to charm the pants of your victim.
