A slumlord can be
defined as a
property owner or
superintendent who lives on or off the
property and does
not give a shit about their
tenants.
Slumlords do not address problems,
evict tenants who
piss in the
halls and
elevators or make
necessary repairs until someone
repeatedly calls the
police and/or the
by-law inspectors.
