A behavior which is directed at oneself that will have negative consequences on ones health and/or relationships. Examples include but are not limited to:

-Drinking
-Drug Abuse (some believe use should be in this catagory as well)
-Eating Disorders
-Self-mutilation/cutting
-Reckless driving/driving under the influence
-Swallowing an entire bottle of Valium
