SEESIM, pronunciation CSIM
Seesim is (was?) a simulation modelling program originally written in C and then later converted to Fortran (why?). The name was based on its initial C implementation. It runs under dos only and parses expressions about as well as your grandmother. Program flow is based around the GOTO statement.
