UK clubbing trend that recreates the atmosphere of school discos for adults. The primary demographic appears to be the 80s generation, though music from the 70s and 90s is also played. Door policy requires school uniform to be worn.

For my part, I'd pay good money to have someone permanently erase my memories of school discos, but the events do seem popular. It's another manifestation of big business nostalgia, but is it healthy? At any rate, the unifom requirement is rather odd, as anyone wearing their blazer and tie to a school disco in my day (the mid-eighties) would have been assassinated before the second song kicked in. Still, one might argue this widens the audience to both nostalgia and uniform fetishists.
