Read/Write Memory

Read/Write Memory (RWM) is a class of digital memories that can be read from or written to. Furthermore, while other types of programmable memories may be written to at certain times, RWMs are generally expected to accept writes upon demand. This class of memories may be either Random or Sequential Access.
