Personal Web Server, Microsoft's crippled version of IIS for Windows 95 and Windows NT Workstation. Being a traditional Microsoft product, PWS is actually identical to IIS, it simply checks what operating system it's running on and disables most of it's features on anything other than Windows NT Server.
