A gallbladder that shows up on abdominal X-rays because its walls have become encrusted with calcifications. Nothing to do with the porcelain dinnerware that you eat off.
Commonly (>90%), but not always associated with gallstones. Associated with an increased risk of gallbladder carcinoma.
