Not here...yet. Organic memory already exists though. Frightning to some, embraced by others (such as myself). This is a key element to my organic computer vision. Picture a living mass of organic components wrapped up in an exo-skeleton box. A flap of skin that changes color similar to LCD. It's only a matter of time. To upgrade, merely inject a mutagenic virus, some soft squishing sounds and presto! more memory.
