The title and catch phrase from an episode of Dexter's Laboratory. Dexter finds a way to study for his French class by playing foreign language records while he sleeps. The record palyer skips, repeating the phrase, "omelette du fromage" ad infinitum. The consequence? Dexter is doomed to speak that phrase and that phrase only.

I understand, too, that the above phrase is considered bad grammar in French.

Apparently, it is intended to mean cheese omelette.
