One who is mustachioed has a mustache, or just a hairy face. This has got to be one of the coolest sounding english words ever, even ignoring the inherent neatness of facial hair in general. It's an archaic word - most people, webster excluded, would just say "He has a mustache" rather than "He is mustachioed."
