Although he meant it to refer to people who have no morals, are unrepentantly evil, eat babies, and vote for Democrats, it has come to mean, "You don't belong to my political party, so you suck!" Ah, Bill Bennett...what a goober you are...

Perhaps the worst type of bankruptcy that can be inficted upon oneself. This concept is all too common in the utter degradation and living hell that is common to addicts/alcoholics in the throes of active disease. Moral bancruptcy ulitmately knows no limits, but can be overcome regardless of cause.
