My mom is Korean, and my favorite dish is her Kimchee Soup. It's very possible that she made this stuff up, so don't go to a respectable Korean restaurant and ask for Kimchee Soup. You may be kicked.

Get a pot, and fill it with some water. Throw in a lot of kimchee, some MSG, cubed potatoes, and your choice of meat. I like to put in Spam and hot-dogs.

As a side note, Korea leads the world in Spam consumption. And you thought Hawaiians liked the stuff.

Boil for a while. Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
