An anti-tubercular drug. Often abbreviated INH, the easy mnemonic for medical students is:
Injures
Neurons and
Hepatocytes

To this end, one taking this drug is ill-advised to insult their liver (by drinking alcohol) for the duration of treatment: 6-12 months for prophylaxis, 9-24 months for treatment.
