An identikit is a database of several different facial features that helps form an individual's face by manipulating a face made from the average of the total database's facial features. An identikit is much like children's books in which people or animals are divided into thirds so that readers can create elephants with DDD breasts and giraffe legs for example. Identikits are useful in identifying, describing, and verifying crime suspects from eyewitnesses' recollections.
