This would be very impressive at those potluck appetizer things that my parents went to but I have yet to see anyone of my generation pull off. Very retro, I guess. I don't know. I'll eat it for dinner myself when I'm feeling like finger foods.

list of stuff
2 tbs milk
1 package cream cheese
1 can crab meat (lump is preferable), undrained
about 1 tbs horseradish
a handful of slivered almonds

Make the Stuff: Mix everything. Take a little taste. If you like a little more kick, add a little more horseradish - but it goes a long way. Spead into a greased pie pan. If you're feeling artistic, save some of the almonds to decorate the top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and a little browned around the edges. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
