2 eggs
1 cup, brown sugar
1 cup, crisco
6 tablespoons, honey
2 level teaspoons, baking soda
1 level teaspoon, vanilla
flour

I got this from my great grandmother, so the measurements are a little 'approximate." Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add flour until dough is thick enough to roll out. You can either use a cookie cutter at this point, after rolling out the dough, or you can ball the dough up into 1 inch balls. In either case, place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

The best thing about these cookies, besides the fact they are excellent, is that they stay moist forever.
