health-conscious

Literally, being conscious of the state of one's health. However, in common English it refers to people who pay attention to the effects of various foods, activities, and drugs on their long-term and short-term health. They are considered wise by some; paranoid by others.

A product may also be termed health-conscious if it is designed to appeal to health-conscious people. This should not be taken as a claim to AI.
