Part attached to a bike to prevent brakelines from twisting around the stem during barspins. Is attached above the stem when the brakes are pulled they lift the top ring of the gyro which lifts the bottom ring and then the pull is transferred back to the brakes. However because the top ring isn't actually attached to the bottom ring the bottom brake lines don't spin with the top lines so they don't get twisted.
