A
penalty called in
ComedySportz when one of the
players tells a
joke so bad it causes the
audience to
groan with
nausea.
Example:"My wife thought she was a hamburger, so I said 'Patty, you've got nice buns.'"
Groaner fouls are penalized by forcing the offending player to apologize on the spot to the audience. If they don't accept the apology, the team gets points off.
