A Nethack artifact that can be gained through wishing or granted by a chaotic god if you offer enough dead monsters to him on his altar. The artifact is a chaotically aligned orcish dagger that gives a +6 attack. If you're lawful and grab it, it "blasts you with its power". Its a pretty weak artifact--magicbane is much more powerful. But hey, Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
