Grädd ost is a Danish cheese with a weak aroma and soft taste. It's quite similar to gouda, but do not mistake it. "Grädd" means whipped cream, but I can't recognize any whipped cream in it! Maybe the connection between whipped cream and the cheese is the grease in it (the cheese)? Or the consistence in it looks like the consistence in the whipped cream, if you overwhip it? I'm open for suggestions...
