gigantic + enormous = the cute talk sensation of ginormous.

Ginormous is generally used when it's merely impossible to express exactly how huge something is. Had Norman Bridwell been innovative enough, he would've written Clifford, The Ginormous Red Dog.

Alas, a ginormously perfect world we do not live in.
