An extremely useful
lucid dreaming technique. If you tend to wake up whenever you realize that you're
dreaming, try this: as soon as you become aware of the
dream, put your arms out to your sides and spin around in a circle like a vertical propeller. Since this movement requires good
balance and
coordination, it grounds you in the
dream body, effectively preventing a wake-up. A similarly useful technique is to simply look at your hand and wiggle your fingers.
