In Orwell's Newspeak, "Really really good". ("plus", prepended to adjective, is a positive qualifier; "doubleplus" would be superlative.)

According to Bjarne Stroustrup, "doubleplus" as superlative prefix may be one reason why C++ is named the way it is. Debatably, C++ is a doubleplusgood language.
