Cymatics is the experimental periodicity and the effects of wave and vibration in a concrete medium. Basically it explains the structure and dynamics of waves and vibrations. This wave phenomena was created by Swiss medical doctor and natural scientist, Hans Jenny. Sine waves are usually sent through powders, pastes, and liquids animating them into patters found throughout nature, art and architecture. Images created greatly compare with that of sacred geometric images. Cymatics are also being used as a healing method by sending waves to fix the vibration of certain parts of the body. Its main uses are for rheumatic disorders and bone and muscle conditions such as fractures, slipped discs, whiplash, and muscle weakness in children.
