• 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 175ml low-fat plain yoghurt

Beat the egg white until stiff. Microwave the honey on High for 10 seconds, the pour it onto the egg white. Continue beating until very thick. Fold in the yoghurt gently and serve immediately with a dessert instead of cream or custard
