Corps a corps, literally meaning "body to body" in French, is the term for bodily contact between two fencers in modern fencing.

Whenever corps a corps occurs, the referee must stop the bout. Furthermore, in foil and sabre corps a corps is forbidden and punishable by a yellow card for the fencer who caused the contact. In epee, corps a corps is allowed as long as the opponent is not jostled, and only then is a yellow card given. In all three weapons, corps a corps to avoid a touch is forbidden.
