A staple of cafeteria food. A cod square is a fried square chunk of cod. Doesn't sound too bad, huh. Well for some reason cafeterias manage to find the worst tasting squares of cod in the world. If you do happen across some good squares of cod they are pretty tasty with some lemon or ketchup or both.
